“Ode to Nina” Relationship Poems

“Ode to Nina” Relationship Poems

Bathed in the glory of the early morning dawn,
I saw her divine shape on the horizon of a new day.
A tall silhouette against the teal blue sky,
I ran up to meet her with hope against hope,
That the vision would be real.
That the goddess was truly there.
I must confess that she had beauty unparalleled,
Along with my heart with the firmest of tethers.

Through the day and deep into the night,
Her presence consumed every fiber of my soul.
Set in a body of porcelain skin,
Her mind was revealed to me.
Only the kindness of her crimson face
masks the determination deeply held.
As the power of her voice conveys
the confidence of will and deed.
Such a display of beauty and strength,
will never exist in this land again.

A delicate cherub descended from the heavens,
Offering tasty morsels of edible treats.
Like a swan, she traversed the waters,
Gliding effortlessly through pools of deepening tranquility.
As from whence she came,
Music emitted from her being,
Through masterful hands and a golden voice.

This creature, amazing with her charms,
Descended into my life.
Her fair reign transcends the bounds of mortal existence.
This enchantress surpasses even Aphrodite,
With her radiance, drawing me ever nearer.
I fear and dread any separation from her,
As alone, I struggle to survive.

“An Untitled Heart” Relationship Poems

A while ago we exchanged out hearts.
Then you took yours back,
And out of fear and hurt I took mine too.
But now all I want to do is give mine back to you.
But will you accept it, and with open arms?
I fear you will not.
And so my heart remains untitled.
Like an wrapped gift it lies waiting to be opened.
Untitled remains my heart, for it is not mine,
But mine to give away.
You’re the one I choose to give it to.
But will you return it like an ugly sweater?
I pray not.
But my heart needs repair
And I fear you are unwilling to fix it.
Please accept my untitled heart,
Please take it in with love and happiness.
Please give my untitled heart a title:
The title of being yours.

“I’m Forever Yours” Relationship Poems

Just being with you means everything.
Getting to know what makes you laugh,
Or brings tears to your eyes,
What makes you mad or let out a sigh.

I live for every moment,
You have changed my life for the best.
To be there for you,
Is a pleasure I must confess.

I love waking up next to you,
Just knowing that you’re there,
To begin another day,
And share my daily prayers.

Through the trials of togetherness,
That life has in store,
Not once have I wished we never were,
I just want you more and more.

We work hard for each other,
Always making up after petty fights,
Never losing that special closeness,
Never losing our will or might.

Share life with me now,
Stay by me forever,
We stand united as one,
Life will always get better.

Listen my dear,
To the words I am about to say,
I promise I’m forever yours today,
The same way I’ll be tomorrow and was yesterday.
